Genie handles hosting and deployment for your agent. Each deployment runs in its own instance, with its workspace isolated from other customers.
Server size and usage
Genie's plans let you choose a server size by its credit burn rate. Review the sizes and current rates offered in your account before choosing. See Plans and credits.
Managing your instance
Use the Genie dashboard to check the controls available for your instance. For help with file access, terminal access, or recovery, contact support.
Keep a separate copy of files you need. The Terms of Service make you responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Deleting a server
Before removing an instance, save any files you need and review the confirmation shown in the app. Check your subscription separately if you also want to stop renewal. See Account and billing.
