Privacy and security

How your Genie and your data are protected.

Your workspace

The public Genie site describes a separate instance for each deployment and a workspace isolated from other customers.

Encryption and content

Genie's Privacy Policy describes encryption in transit and at rest. It also says Deva does not use conversation or agent request content to train public foundation models.

Connected services

Connect only the channels and tools you need. The dashboard lets you revoke or rotate access. Genie's public site says your own provider keys are stored and used without exposing them in the client.

Connected services process data under their own terms. Review the Privacy Policy for how Deva handles credentials, connected accounts, retention, and deletion requests.
